Uninstall and reinstall the software

Should you need to uninstall and / or reinstall your software follow

these instructions.

To uninstall the software:

1. Go to Start on your computer.

2. Select Control Panel.

3. Click Add or Remove Programs.

4. A new window will appear, select ‘Broadband2Go’ and click

Change/Remove.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

After completing steps 1–5, the name Broadband2Go will no

longer appear in your program list and the icon will disappear from

your desktop.

To reinstall the software:

➤ Simply re-insert the modem into a USB port.

– OR –

➤ If you have acquired updated software, follow the instructions

that came with it.
